Had a wonderful experience at this Take 5 location thanks to Toby and Gordon. Both were friendly, professional, and genuinely helpful throughout the process. They took the time to explain the available options without pressuring me toward the most expensive choice, which I really appreciated. The service was efficient, and they double-checked everything to ensure it was done correctly. Excellent customer service from start to finish!

John Owen greeted me with a bottle of ice-cold water right away, which was a lifesaver in this hot weather. He and his partner worked very well together and provided excellent service with great attention to detail. Both John Owen and Elijah were very patient, professional, and thorough throughout the entire service. Honestly, this has been the best customer experience I’ve had at any chain location so far. Highly recommend this location—great team and outstanding service!

They walked me through everything they were doing, didn’t try to upsell me on anything unnecessary, and had me in and out in no time. I had an amazing experience at Take 5 today. I’m not from Jacksonville, I came for work and this morning my car started making a really bad noise. I stopped there because I was a little desperate — I needed to get to work and just needed a quick solution so I could drive safely. Toby and another team member were incredibly kind and helpful. They immediately took a look at my car and explained what was going on. They found that the oil filter from my previous oil change had been installed very poorly and was already coming loose, which could have been very dangerous. They were fast, efficient, and extremely professional. More than that, they were genuinely kind and understanding of my situation. They truly saved my day. Great customer service, honest people, and excellent work. If I could give more than five stars, I would. I’m very grateful for their help and highly recommend this location. Thank you again guys!
